Bonita - I'm sorry, that is from a stock agency photograph and we have no further information about sleigh stand designs. You could, however, create a do-it-yourself design using the photo as a guide, or investigate decorative sleighs that could be converted to wedding cake stands.

That photo is from a stock resource and we have no further information on where to find a similar stand, though you could probably create one fairly easily with supplies from a craft store -- the paper mache reindeer, some garland, etc.

Amy - Prices vary based on the size of the cake and the exact fillings and flavors you want to use. Our article on Wedding Cake Prices has more tips on cost, and you would also have to talk to the exact baker whom you want to create the cake because their prices can vary widely. Remember, the elaborate stand and setup of that cake would also be more expensive than a simpler layout.

You can create your own sleigh with a nice wedding cake stand and reindeer figurines, attached with braided cord and decorated to coordinate.
