Myra - The best way to make that type of design may be to have the waterfall decoration separate than the cake, if you plan to use real water. Otherwise, you can use icing or tinted cream topping to simulate the water and rapids, with small kayak figurines in it for the wedding cake topper. It's certainly a unique idea, but I'm sure you can make it work!

My husband's daughter is getting married in California innthe heat of August. It is an outdoor wedding/reception. She wants old fashion strawberry shortcake for her wedding cake AND she wants waterfall(bride and groom are both kayakers on the cake. Any suggestions?

Stacey - I'm sorry, that is a stock photo and we have no more information about the waterfall setup. You could print the picture and take it to an interior decorator or your baker and see if they're able to design a similar setup for your wedding.
